Heat Exhaustion
§Symptoms 
–Nausea
–Light-headedness or dizziness
–Severe headache
–Cramping
–Cool, clammy skin
      Heat exhaustion can result from strenuous work or play in the sun when it’s very hot.
       Someone with heat exhaustion has most or all of the following symptoms:
they feel nauseous, light-headed and dizzy.
they may have a severe headache,
they may experience cramping,
and their skin is clammy to the touch.
