Listed below is an equipment and room set-up form for the Committee Meeting. It is important that you evaluate your audio-visual needs carefully and order equipment accordingly to avoid unnecessary charges. A limited quantity of LCD's will be available and dispersed based upon receipt of the request. Laptops will not be provided for use with the LCD's. You will receive notification if your request cannot be accommodated.
