Below are the sessions that are eligible for continuing education units.  Please complete the form, total the number of hours and return the completed form one of the following ways:

In accordance with AACN guidelines, all attendees must complete a meeting evaluation in order to receive continuing education credit.  Please confirm that you are in compliance by checking the box below.  Meeting evaluation surveys are available at the registration desk.  You will receive an email with your CEU certificate attached 4-6 weeks after the meeting.
