Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a burn surgeon with strong leadership and academic experience to join the faculty in the Division of Trauma, Burns, Acute, and Critical Care, within the Department of Surgery. The successful candidate will serve as director of the renowned William Randolph Hearst Burn Center at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Clinical duties will include all aspects of acute burn care, reconstruction, longitudinal follow-up and participation in the broader spectrum of acute care surgery. The director is responsible for overall management and operations of the burn center encompassing clinical care, operational efficiency, academic productivity, and program development, expanding upon work in the areas in wound care, laser scar revision, and advanced reconstruction, under the leadership of the division and the department.
