Registration Information

The ABA offers member pricing on Annual Meeting full registration rates. Join or renew your membership prior to registration to unlock member rates. General registration covers all education sessions, Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings, the exhibit hall, and social/networking events. Pre-conference programming fees are additional.

Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, you must contact ABA at registration@ameriburn.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation by Monday, March 16, 2026. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by ABA, and if approved, will be processed within three weeks of the original request. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered, and all sales are final after March 16, 2026.

Members may transfer registrations to other members of the same member type until Monday, April 6, 2026, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@ameriburn.org. Non-member registrations are nontransferable.

Hotel & Travel Information

The ABA Annual Meeting will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek, located at 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, Florida, United States, 32819.

Guest rooms are priced at $249 for single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes and fees. Additional people in the room are subject to additional fees.  Rooms at this rate are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis until March 16, 2026, or until sold out.

Check-in time: after 3:00 pm
Check-out time: before 11:00 am

Please note: The ABA has negotiated special room rates for our meeting; these special room rates are only available to ABA attendees. In exchange for the negotiated room rates, ABA has certain minimum contractual obligations with each hotel. Therefore, it is important that we fill room blocks we have contracted for, so there are not financial liabilities to the Association. The ABA passes along these savings to attendees and exhibitors.

Parking is available at the Rosen Shingle Creek gated lot for an additional fee. Prices include tax.

  • Self-Parking (Standard Vehicles): $34.08 daily.

  • Self-Parking (Oversized Vehicles): $63.90 daily.
