Provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific Physician office. Responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the Physician office. Interviews, hires, and assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

- Must have clinical knowledge and skills to work with adult and pediatric patients with Burn injuries including scar management, splinting and pressure garments In collaboration with patient and /or family member develops individualized treatment plans for each patient Collaborate within discipline and team members of other disciplines and physicians to optimize patient care Manges patient caseload and Documentation to department guidelines Stays current with evidence-based practice through professional development activities as appropriate to caseload Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians and other referral sources Active participation in team meetings Performs all other duties as assigned **Travel may be required to meet operational needs at various locations
- Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum of two years of experience as an R.N. Wound and burn center experience for peds and adults. Ideally certified in burn/wound
