The American Burn Association's Burn Program Leader Special Interest Group (SIG) invites you to join colleagues in exploring how the strategic use of tools can transform data into a clear, credible narrative that shows program growth, informs strategic direction, and enables leaders to make confident, forward-looking decisions. This virtual meeting features a presentation by Lindsay DeSantis, MSN, RN, CBRN and Emily Krebsbach, MSN, RN, CBRN and will include an interactive discussion. Whether you're looking to expand your knowledge or connect with peers in the field, this session provides a collaborative space for learning and professional development.

• Identify key components of a robust quality improvement process.
