Verification Preparation: Experiences with a Consultation Visit

The American Burn Association's Burn Program Leader Special Interest Group (SIG) invites you to learn from experienced colleagues who have undergone an ABA consultation visit. This virtual meeting will feature an interactive discussion to help you discover if a consultation visit might be an effective tool to obtain ABA verification for your burn center. Program leaders who are already experienced with the verification and consultation process are also encouraged to join and share their knowledge. 

Meeting Objectives:

• Provide an overview of the role of consultation visits in the verification process

• Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of consultation visits

• Develop networking opportunities with other ABA members
