Nurse Onboarding and Orientation 

The American Burn Association's Burn Program Leader Special Interest Group (SIG) invites you to join colleagues in exploring the strategies and tools that burn centers use in their onboarding and orientation programs. This virtual meeting features presentations from multiple nurse leaders including Nicole Ragon, MSN, RN, CCRN (CHI St. Elizabeth- Lincoln, NE) about their center's onboarding and oreintation processes and will include an interactive discussion. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from peers, share experiences, and explore successful strategies for preparing and supporting nurses entering burn care practice. Whether you're looking to expand your knowledge or connect with peers in the field, this session provides a collaborative space for learning and professional development.

• Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement that can be applied to enhance onboarding and orientation processes within participants' own organizations.
