Join the American Burn Association for an educational webinar exploring emerging innovations in wound bed preparation and burn reconstruction. In this session, Derek E. Bell, MD, will discuss Cohealyx, a bovine dermal collagen matrix designed to support wound healing and progression to graft readiness in burn patients. Attendees will review interim findings from the ongoing Cohealyx-I clinical trial, along with preliminary histology data that provide early insight into matrix integration and tissue remodeling. This presentation will highlight the potential clinical impact of advanced biologic matrices in optimizing outcomes and improving reconstructive timelines in burn care.
Attendees will gain insight into:
• The role of Cohealyx in supporting wound bed preparation and graft readiness
• Interim clinical trial findings from the ongoing Cohealyx-I study
• Preliminary histology data related to matrix integration and tissue remodeling
• Potential applications of biologic matrices in burn reconstruction and healing strategies
