Advancing Burn Care Practice: A Conversation for APRNs and PAs

Join the ABA’s APRN/PA Special Interest Group for a dynamic virtual discussion on advancing the clinical and professional practice of advanced practice providers in burn care. This session will highlight evolving models of care, strategies for interdisciplinary collaboration, and best practices for optimizing patient outcomes in both acute and rehabilitative settings. Attendees will also explore opportunities for leadership, education, and advocacy within the burn community.

Attendees will gain insight into:

• Emerging trends and challenges in advanced practice burn care.

• Approaches to improving communication and coordination within the burn team.

• Practical strategies for enhancing patient care through evidence-based practice.

• Opportunities for APRNs and PAs to engage in leadership and education within burn care.

Who should attend: Burn care professionals, including APRNs, PAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
